蛋壳公寓CEO高靖因个人问题正涉调查 官方：公司经营正常:

蛋壳公寓今日在美东2020年6月18日盘前发布了一则最新的情况披露和人事调整任命。披露信息显示，蛋壳公寓董事会宣布任命联合创始人、董事和总裁崔岩担任代理CEO。

公司联合创始人、董事兼CEO高靖，因创立蛋壳公寓之前参与的商业投资，目前正涉及地方政府部门调查。

蛋壳公寓称，高靖所涉调查与蛋壳公寓无关，公司目前各项业务和经营活动一切正常。

此次担任代理CEO的崔岩，自公司成立5年以来，一直与联合创始人、董事兼首席执行官高靖一起负责公司的管理和运营。

根据公司目前所了解到的情况，高靖因涉及地方政府部门对其在创立蛋壳公寓之前参与的商业投资进行的调查，暂时无法行使其在蛋壳公寓董事会以及公司的管理职责。

蛋壳公寓称，经多方询问，公司有理由相信，高靖正涉及的这项调查和蛋壳公寓无任何关联。公司以及公司的其他董事和管理层，均未收到和该项调查有关的任何通知、询问或主张。

经公司提名及治理委员会推荐及董事会批准，在高靖缺席的这段时间，董事会任命崔岩担任代理首席执行官，暂代高靖在公司内的职务。同时，崔岩将继续履行其公司董事和总裁的职责。

“目前，蛋壳公寓保持正常的业务和经营活动。公司相信高靖的缺席不会对公司的日常经营产生任何重大不利的影响。公司会继续评估有关情况并在必要的时候做出进一步安排。”
